TURKTIPSAN A.S. In its laboratories equipped with advanced technology, with its modern and scientifically trained personnel, it continues its R&D studies to contribute to the country's economy and reduce imports with value-added products in line with our country's goals of "Reducing External Dependence on Medicines". Our company has created an R&D Center environment in order to realize its goals and has successfully passed the audit processes and was approved as an "R&D Center" by the Ministry of Industry and Technology on 05.01.2017.

In the R&D Center, new product formulations are developed in line with international regulations without compromising on quality, with an expert staff of doctoral students, graduate and undergraduate chemists, chemical engineers, pharmacists and biologists, with the Quality by Design (QbD) approach. In line with the "Pharmaceutical Localization Project" target of the Ministry of Health, innovative products in the form of ampoules and bags with high added value and strategic quality, which are not produced in Turkey but imported from abroad, have been developed with the support of University-Industry Cooperation and TÜBİTAK. Within the scope of the studies, TURKTIPSAN A.Ş. R&D Center received "55th Year and 58th Year R&D Center Awards" by Ankara Chamber of Industry (ASO).

In the R&D Center, projects are shaped in line with the changing needs of the pharmaceutical industry. With the products developed, the product diversity in the health sector will be increased with local resources, and by facilitating the access of patients to quality medicine, it will benefit both our country and all countries struggling with the pandemic. Trademark registrations of the products developed within the scope of the R&D Center are obtained from the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, and studies are continuing to publish the researches in scientific journals. In addition, it takes part in national and international congresses in order to follow the innovations and developments in the pharmaceutical industry and to share the studies with the industry and the scientific world. In this direction, the 18th International Chromatography Congress, the 9th and 10th International Pharmaceutical Chemistry Congress and the 10th National Analytical Chemistry Congress were attended with poster presentations of fast, sensitive and cost-effective new analysis methods developed within the scope of projects and not included in the literature. . Our study titled ‘Rapid and sensitive RP- HPLC Method For Determination of Moxifloxacin In Injectable Dosage Forms’ received an honorable mention at the 10th International Pharmaceutical Chemistry Congress.

Our R&D center sees the development of innovative and high value-added domestic products as an important step towards reducing foreign dependency, and continues to work with the goal of reflecting each product developed as a plus value to the Turkish and global pharmaceutical industry.
